  I want so badly to love this Biggby; however every time I go in or drive thru it takes upwards of 10 minutes to make one drink and that's including register issues or remaking the drink. This is when absolutely nobody is in there. Customer service is great though, they are real nice but I don't think they were trained right. I can't keep coming if I have to wait that long... it's a shame- this is the only coffee chain for miles. Great space though, good location... just takes For-Ev-Er to get a drink.
